Application of Intelligent Digestion Furnace
KD-220 intelligent digestion furnace is a sample digestion equipment developed based on the principle of classical wet digestion. ※With two heating modes of curve and straight line, 6-stage automatic heating, simple setting, no need for manual operation in the heating process, and countdown, automatically stop heating and alarm when the time comes.
※Overheat protection, automatically cut off the power supply and give an alarm when the temperature exceeds the set upper limit
※Heat insulation design is adopted for the heating body and the program control board. The anodized black radiator improves the heat dissipation efficiency by about 15%, which can minimize the heat transfer with the surrounding environment and play a good role in protecting the program control center, so as to achieve a rapid, uniform and stable digestion effect
※The digestive bracket is made of stainless steel, and the surface of the body is sprayed to make the instrument more beautiful and durable.
※The sealing gasket at the mouth of the digestive tube is made of corrosion-resistant material, which has good sealing effect, no deformation and anti-aging. Buckle design, easy to clean and replace
